James H. Bias, Jr. (May 5, 1936 - August 17, 2014)

James H. Bias, Jr., 78, of Washington, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at his home.

Mr. Bias was born in Fayette, Missouri on May 5, 1936, the son of the late James H. Bias, Sr. and Christine (Clickner) Clouse.

He was the widower of Norma Jean (Gray) Bias. They were married in Bladensburg, Maryland. Norma preceded him in death on April 12, 1997.

James is survived by two daughters, Karen Jay & husband Dennis of Memphis, Tennessee and Sharon Orlando & husband Joseph of St. Charles, Missouri, a son James H. Bias, III & wife Tracy of O'Fallon, Missouri, by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

James was the co-founder of Bias Winery and he was a airline pilot for Ozark & TWA airlines. He was a member of the Hermann Masonic Lodge, the Shriners and Ozark Silver Swallows. He proudly served in the U.S. Army.

Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri, where funeral services & masonic services will follow at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, Berger, Missouri.
