Missing 4-Year-Old Cuba Girl Found Safe In Virginia

CUBA, Mo. - On Sunday July 27th Sabrina Omeni was found safe at a hotel in Chesapeake, Va., according to the Cuba Police Department.

She was found with her grandmother, who is expected to be charged with kidnapping and will be extradited back to Missouri.

The Cuba Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Sabrina Omeni, black, female, age 4 with black hair, and brown eyes.

Possible suspect is believed to be Terry B. Omeni, 60-year-old black female with grey hair, and brown eyes.  She is approximately 260 lbs and 5 feet 5 inches tall.

The possible suspect is believed to be driving  2012 Turquoise Ford Fusion, bearing New Jersey plates, L95BS. 

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Sabrina was allowed to visit her paternal grandmother, Terry Omeni, from May 26, 2014 through July 21, 2014. However, Terry did not return her as scheduled then became agitated after numerous phone calls from Sabrina's mothers.

Terry has since changed her phone number and contact by Sabrina's mother and law enforcement has been unsuccessful since July 21, 2014 at 11:30 a.m.

The suspect and child are believed to be in New Jersey, Delaware, or Virginia.  The child's welfare is unknown.
