MSHP Files Five Charges On Paille Including One Felony In Saturday’s Fatal Crash

NEW HAVEN, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 31-year-old Raymond Pailie of Union, Mo following Saturday’s (Dec. 13) fatal accident, which caused the death of 41-year-old Tina Staley of Hermann, Mo.

Paille has officially been charged with Felony Vehicular Manslaughter Second Degree, Driving While Intoxicated, Careless and Imprudent Driving, Second Degree Assault, and Possessions of Drug Paraphernalia.

According to Missouri Law, if Paille is found to have had a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of at least 0.18 then he will serve no less than 5 years or more than 15 years, which is a Class B felony.

If his BAC is less than 0.18, he cannot receive more than 7 years and/or not more than $5,000, which is a Class C felony.
