New Havne, Mo. - Every year the New Haven Police Department have made efforts so Trick r’ Treaters can enjoy a safe and fun Halloween. Below is a "Quick" Trick r' Treat plan of attack.
Over 15 individuals and local area businesses, who have asked to remain anonymous, made donations towards purchasing all the candy (seen above) that will be handed out at the New Haven Ambulance building tonight.
Police officers and Paramedics are not the only ones handing out candy and with rain expected to fall most of the day we have put together a “Quick” Trick r’ Treating plan of attack so you can get the most candy with making the fewest stops.
First stop is the Ambulance building, then head up to the fire house where New Haven/Berger Fire Fighters will be handing out all kinds of goodies.
New Haven High School senior Stephanie Gerling helps empty bags of candy during her community service class at City Hall.
Make these two quick stops first so you can then enjoy St. Peters UCC Trunk r’ Treat, located on Maupin Street.
We just spoke with Pastor David Poe and he said, “Rain or shine the Trunk r’ Treat will go on.”
If it is raining they will move everything inside.
Quick recap: Make two quick stops at New Haven Ambulance building and New Haven Fire Department, then head over St. Peters UCC Church and enjoy all the neat actives they have going on as well as tons of candy being handed out.
