--Three of last year’s Girls Class 2 Final Four teams return to Columbia this year after Crane captured their first ever Girls State Championship, defeating New Haven 55-45.  Skyline, who lost to Crane in the semifinals defeated Marceline, taking third place.

It’s not a big surprise to see New Haven, Crane, and Skyline all return to the final four considering the three teams lost a total of two senior starters combined, with Skyline returning all five starters from last year.
