St. Clair Woman Held At Gunpoint - Suspect Identified And Is At Large

5 p.m. - UPDATED - Police searching for man pictured left for this mornings home invasion.

St. Clair, Mo. - Moments ago Franklin County Sheriff Gary Toelke said they have identified the suspect as Michael Murphy, white male, age 39 from St. Clair. 

Deputies are currently searching for Murphy and are asking the public with any information on his where abouts to contact the Franklin County Sherriff's Department at 636-583-2560. 

Charges Filed In Abduction Of Ellanah Spear - Grandmother Had No Intentions Of Returning Child

Franklin County, Mo. - According to Sheriff Gary Toelke, after 2-year-old Ellanah Spear had been abducted by her non-custodial grandparents early Sunday morning, Spear was found unharmed early this morning at 4:30 a.m. in Jefferson City, Mo.

Sheriff Toelke released a statement moments ago confirming that Spear was with her non-custodial parents when she was found.

During an interview with investigators the grandmother stated that she did not intend to return the child.

BREAKING NEWS: Two Year Old Ellana Spear Found Alive And Well

Franklin County, Mo. -  According to the MSHP, who had issued an Endangered Person Advisory late last night have confirmed that 2-year-old Ellana Jade Spear has been found and is “alive and well”.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff's Department, 2-year-old Ellana Jade Spear was found safe in Jefferson City(Correction), Mo sometime this morning.

Cedar Hill, Mo. - 11:30 p.m. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol has just issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Ellana Jade Spear with additional information.

Ellanna is a white 2-year-old female, hgt 3'0', 22 lbs, blonde hair, brown eyes with pierced ears.

According to the MSHP says that the possible suspects or associates are believed to be Coleen Eva Faye Jones, a unknown race, female, age 38, hgt 5' 01", 132 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.

Scott Russell Jones, a white, male, age 45, hgt 5' 04", 120 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.

Suspects are believed to be driving a White 1995 Jeep Cherokee bearing MO,  FK4-J7M which was last seen at the Summit Valley Apartments in Gray Summit, MO on Friday February 14, 2014.

City Of New Haven Sees Crime Decline In 2013

New Haven, Mo. - New Haven Police Chief John Sheible said at Monday night’s Board of Aldermen meeting, “This past year there was an overall decrease in crime, particularly violent crime.”

According to the data presented by Chief Sheible cases involving domestic violence and stealing decreased the most, both were down 13% compared to 2012.

“With the decrease in cases and investigations we’ve been able to concentrate more on patrol and traffic, allowing an increased presence on the streets helped in keeping violent crimes down”, said Chief Sheible.

Union 18-Year-Old Arrested While Trying To Recycle Stolen Items

Washington, Mo. - Thursday morning Franklin County Deputies arrested an 18-year-old male after he attempted to recycle items he had stolen earlier that morning.

Yesterday morning at 10:56 a.m. Franklin County Deputies began investigating a theft of tools and steel from Carter Waters Incorporated located at 6549 Meyer Drive, in Washington, Mo.

Argument Over Money Leads Subject Throwing Ash Tray At Victim

Villa Ridge, Mo. - Sunday evening at approximately 7:00 p.m., deputies responded to the 200 block of Arborview in Villa Ridge, Mo for a report of an assault.

Upon arrival deputies learned that an individual had been struck in the head with an ash tray and a brick had been thrown through the window of a residence.

The victim stated that he had been in an argument with a subject over money that the argument became physical when he forced the subject to the floor. 

The victim stated that he lifted the subject up at which time the subject picked up an ash tray and threw it at him striking him in the head. 

Franklin County's New Burglary Task Force Leads To Eight Arrests

Franklin County, Mo. - Franklin County Sheriff Gary Toelke said, “Over the past few months we had seen an increase in burglaries.  Due to the increase it was our officers who came up with the idea of organizing a Burglary Task Force (BTF).  I know they have worked very hard on this.”

The BTF was established during the first part of January and as a result 8 suspects have been arrested after developing possible suspects and persons of interest from intelligence information received by the Sheriff’s Office.

Toelke said, “The BTF is continuing to go through old case files, which we hope will lead to further arrests in the near future.”

The arrests made were for crimes that crimes include burglary, stealing, receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine precursors, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Masked Man Robs Gerald Laundromat - Authorities Asking For Your Help

The Gerald Police and Gasconade County Sheriff's department are asking for the public's help in identifying the subject above who is believed to be involved in two separate burglaries.

Gerald, Mo. - Early Monday morning (Jan. 20th) Gerald Police officers were notified of possible vandalism at the Squeaky Clean Laundromat located on W. Fourth Street. 

Upon arrival, the officer noticed glass broken on the front of the candy machine.  The owner was contacted about the damages and responded to the laundry mat to allow law enforcement view the surveillance video.
