Ornaments for Officers

By Kyle Quick

If you remember in 2008, Sergeant William Biggs and Officer Thomas Ballman were both shot and killed when a suspect opened fire at a Kirkwood City Council Meeting.  Not only did the Kirkwood Police Department lose a 20-year veteran, Bill Biggs, his family lost a husband and dad.

Sgt. Bill Biggs’s wife, Cindi Biggs, is working to promote Ornaments for Officers, which raises money for Backstoppers.

There two different ornaments to choose from, a firefighter and a police officer.
