James Darrel Hasty April 20, 1932 - February 21, 2015

Mr. James Darrel Hasty, 82  of New Haven, Missouri, passed away Saturday, February 21st, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Hasty was born in Lesterville, MO on April 20, 1932, to the late Matthew Monroe and Gurty Mae (Bowen) Hasty Pogue.

Jim was united in marriage to JoAnn (Meyer) Hasty on November 20, 1982 at St. Peters UCC Church, New Haven, Missouri.

He served proudly in the U.S. Army and he worked as a truck driver.

Warren "Lee" Sabelhaus November 17, 1953 - February 22, 2015

Warren  "Lee"  Sabelhaus, 61, of Hermann, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at his home.

Mr. Sabelhaus was born in Tell City, Indiana on November 17, 1953, the son of the late Norbert J. and Margaret R. (Howell) Sabelhaus.

He was the husband of Elizabeth Elaine (Craig) Sabelhaus.  They were married May 28, 1977 at Tell City, Indiana.  Elizabeth survives at the home.

Warren is also survived by a daughter Rebecca Stout & husband Michael of St. Louis, Missouri, a son Joshua Sabelhaus & wife Kelly of Hermann, a brother Michael Sabelhaus & wife Vicki of Plano, Texas, by three grandchildren Hailey, Madison & Caitlin Stout all of St. Louis, and by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Melissa Dawn Victoria Moffatt McCarty April 5, 1983 - February 19, 2015

Melissa Moffatt McCarty, 31-years-old of Beaufort, Mo passed away Thursday.

Funeral Service Tuesday at 11 a.m. the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union; burial to follow in the Mt Hope Cemetery in Lonedell, MO. Visitation for 31 year old Melissa Moffatt McCarty will be held Monday from 3-8 p.m. at the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, MO.

Dylan Michael Wayne Lesniak October 3, 1994 - February 8, 2015

Dylan Michael Wayne Lesniak, age 20, of New Haven, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 in Seattle, Washington.

He was born on October 3, 1994 in St. Louis.  His family and friends will always remember his generosity, love, and gentle spirit.  With a zest for learning, he read constantly and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with those around him.

Music was an important part of life for Dylan as well; whether it was hearing a new song, sharing a well-loved one, or strumming on a guitar, it was a constant presence.

Margaret "Peggy" Meyer May 18, 1926 - February 6, 2015

Margaret (Peggy) Meyer age 88 passed away on February 6, 2015 at home.  She was born May 18, 1926, in Berger, Missouri, the daughter of John H. LaBoube and wife Mary, nee Meyer. Peggy was baptized at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Berger.

She graduated from the Parochial there and later received her high school GED.
She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church in New Haven where earlier she had served on the Church Council. At one time, Peggy served as Treasurer for the Senior Housing Board.

After employment with the Langenberg Cap factory in Berger, she went to Kirkwood where she worked as a clerk receptionist in St. Joseph's Hospital and later became a dental assistant until her marriage.

UPDATED: Lucille A. Bailey (Perkins) June 13, 1934 - January 29, 2015

Lucille A. Bailey, 80, of New Haven, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at New Haven Care Center.

Mrs. Bailey was born in Washington, Missouri on June 13, 1934, the daughter of the late Ambrose and Sadie (Fowler) Perkins.

She was the widow of Nathaniel W. Bailey.  They were married March 15, 1953 at Union, Missouri.  Nathaniel preceded her in death on July 26, 1980.

Margaret Heinlein (Bredemeyer) June 19, 1920 - January 21, 2015

Margaret  Heinlein, 94, of New Haven, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Hermann Area District Hospital.

Mrs. Heinlein was born in Berger, Missouri on June 19, 1920, the daughter of the late William and Katherine (Hoeman) Bredemeyer.

She was the widow of Earl Arnold Heinlein.  They were married April 29, 1944 at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Senate Grove.  Earl preceded her in death on March 30, 2005.

Anna May Menke (Dilthey) February 7, 1921 - January 17, 2015

Anna May Menke age 93 of New Haven  passed away Saturday , January 17, 2015 at the New Haven Care Center.

She was born February 7, 1921 at Berger, Mo., the daughter of the late Peter J. Dilthey and Alma C. (nee LaBoube) Dilthey.

Anna was the widow of Harry Menke . They were married on January 16, 1943 at St. John's Evangelical Church in Berger, Mo.
