UPDATED-BREAKING NEWS: Two Year Old Ellanah Spear Abducted By Non-Custodial Grandparents In Franklin County

Cedar Hill, Mo. - 11:30 p.m. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol has just issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Ellana Jade Spear with additional information.

Ellanna is a white 2-year-old female, hgt 3'0', 22 lbs, blonde hair, brown eyes with pierced ears.

According to the MSHP says that the possible suspects or associates are believed to be Coleen Eva Faye Jones, a unknown race, female, age 38, hgt 5' 01", 132 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.

Scott Russell Jones, a white, male, age 45, hgt 5' 04", 120 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.

Suspects are believed to be driving a White 1995 Jeep Cherokee bearing MO,  FK4-J7M which was last seen at the Summit Valley Apartments in Gray Summit, MO on Friday February 14, 2014.

Spear was dropped off at her non-custodial grandparents residence on 02/14/2014 for a visit.

The child was to be returned on Monday afternoon by 2 PM but the custodial grandparents received a text message at 9 AM on Sunday morning indicating that the non-custodial grandparents would not be returning the child.

Initial statement released by Franklin County - 11:00-Franklin County deputies are currently looking for 2 year old Ellanah Spear.

Ellanah was visiting Franklin County with her grandparents from Kentucky who have custody of the child.

According to the custodial grandparents, they left Ellanah with her other grandparents for a visit and late Sunday morning the noncustodial grandparents contacted Ellanah’s mother in Kentucky stating that they were not going to return the child.

The individuals believed to have Ellanah are possibly driving a 1995 white Jeep Cheroke, possible license FK4-J7M.

Ellanah’s grandparents are identified as Scott R. Jones and Colleen Jones of Villa Ridge and Jefferson County area.
